I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Hanoi! The hotel is tucked away from the street noise, providing a clean, comfortable, and luxurious retreat in the heart of the vibrant old town. I can't say enough about the outstanding service at this hotel. The rooms were just big enough, clean, and comfortable, with an enormous balcony. The staff was so accomodating, generous, and kind-spirited, going out of their way to make my stay memorable.
